Meet Haritz

Haritz, born in 1991 in the southwest of France, is an artist and designer whose unique work sits at the intersection of everyday objects and modern graphic designs, creating original pieces that stand out for their aesthetics and functionality. He began creating his collections on the Basque coast and quickly caught the attention of the artistic community in Biarritz.

He is heavily influenced by modern movements in 20th-century design and architecture, such as Le Corbusier, Mallet Stevens, Charles Pollock, Jean Widmer, and Pierre Paulin, and also draws inspiration from the "Space Age" and "Light and Space" movements that emerged in the 1960s, which emphasized the immersive experience of art through the use of lights and reflective materials.

These influences have allowed Haritz to develop a unique and innovative style that combines the practical functionalities of an object with modern graphic elements.
After his beginnings on the Basque coast, Haritz moved his studio to Paris, near the Luxembourg Garden, between La Closerie des Lilas and the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain. He quickly collaborated with many iconic establishments of Parisian life, creating paintings and posters for large hotels and restaurants.

Haritz focuses his collections on the type of creations, ranging from objects to canvas paintings and graphic art. His unique and innovative work can be found in a network of about twenty boutiques and galleries in France. With his creativity and distinctive style, Haritz quickly became a well-known name in the world of art and design. His ability to merge practical and aesthetic elements in his creations continues to captivate and inspire art and design enthusiasts.
