Refund policy
Is a refund possible if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
The cost of returning orders is the responsibility of the Customer.
You have a period of 14 days after delivery to return the items, provided they are still in perfect condition.
Please send us an email at hello@haritzgallery.com to initiate the return request and explain the problem encountered.
Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Remember to write your order number on your package for a faster processing of your return.
HARITZ GALLERY will only be able to issue a refund within 10 days from the date the return is received by the customer.
